This is the best animal care facility I have ever used! The vets, the technicians, and all the other staff really care about animals and their people. We have gone through many sad times in the last year or two in losing some geriatric cats. They were so compassionate with us and with our kitties. I would recommend this highly!

I would give Coldwater Animal Hospital more than 5 stars if possible. Dr. Nemcheck, Dr. Korte, the technicians and the entire staff go above and beyond caring for my dogs through the 15+ years I've been going there. Everyone is very professional and compassionate. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We've been taking our cats here for over 15 years. Dr. K & Dr. N and all the techs are the BEST. They are very caring. They explain everything to you and answer any & all questions you have. When it came to the point where we had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies, they were very supportive and understanding. They took the time to listen to us and let us say goodbye in private. They REALLY care. Can't say enough good things about Coldwater!

i wanted to leave this review because i have since moved to Austin and miss this vet terribly! I took my dogs here ( 2 cave) after searching and sampling many vets int eh area. Dr. N always remembered me, but more importantly my dogs. I never felt like i was getting suckered into things i didn't need. My dogs had pups and she did a great job with all 7 of them, it was quick and easy. I've been taking my dog here for 15 years. 15 years. That's a long time. And I'm still coming back because this is a high-quality veterinary office! The staff is always kind and friendly. The techs are very knowledgeable and the vets are some of the best in the field. Dr. Korte is great with animals. My dog has always been calm with him - and my dog was high strung in his younger years. He has taken care of basic needs and has done some surgical procedures (removed a tumor and did dental work). Really nice office, super friendly staff, and great vets. By far, the best vet experience we've had with our 2 dogs. I've never been to a vet where you didn't have to wait at least 10-15 minutes to actually get in, but they always seem to be running perfectly on time. My little dog had dental work done recently there, and got treated so well. They are also great about checking up after any procedures are done to make sure that your pet is doing well. Highly recommend this place!

Coldwater Animal Hospital is the worst I've been to. I've called and asked for a nurse or doctor to call me, two days went by and I had to call again. Told my dog could be picked up by 1:00pm left him at 7 in the morning, they said I would have to wait until 5:30 because they were going on break. My poor dog had to sit in a cage all day because they were to lazy to check him out. I booked a double appt for my two cats. We've gone there for 15 years with all my pets. This was by far the worst experience. I waited over an hour for my appt while everyone else was taken care of. Then l was taken into a room and they forgot about me while everyone was laughing and joking including the vet. When l threatened to lezve l was told they'd be right in. Then l was told they lost my records. They still didn't draw the shots, l waited 10 more minutes, no vet,no tech. They wanted to charge me for a double appt. I w... read more

In response to Coldwater s generic response regarding Oliver. Oliver is one year, 9 months in age, and has been to your practice several times. His last visit was within the last 6 months - and we have documented proof of this. Also, the phone call requested was to discuss an echocardiogram that was completed by a specialist, and sent to you for review. There was nothing more your office could have completed to discuss those findings. Next time, please do better to avoid the paper trail of proof, and pick up a phone.
