Cindy Riemann was awesome. She gave great advice and guided us through the process from start to finish. From market analysis to help us price competitively, to advice on staging a neatly empty house effectively, she was knowledgeable and realistic. She handled communications with the buyer's agent to ensure questions were answered, and inspection items were addressed to keep the sale moving forward. Highly recommend!
