Very nice professional lady. Resolved any issues quickly. Helped find us a home when the one we originally wanted had an offer on it already. Helped us with a renovation loan. Very quick on paperwork (I think everything ever discussed got paperwork within a few mins to a few hours). Quick responses even on weekends and after hours. And helped us with some questions we had after closing. Also was always on time despite living quite a distance from our purchasing area. Would do business again with her.

My case was difficult. All of the other realtors ran way. Mariela nailed the sale. I owned the house, but my husband resided in it. He would not let anyone inside to take pictures, or view the home. Mariela got a sight unseen no conditions offer. She even had to go to court for this process. Mariela responds to calls and texts in minutes. Mariela is personable, professional, and she gets the job done. Kudos Mariela. You are beyond appreciated.

Ashley went above and beyond for us. The house was for my daughter as a first time homebuyer. We had a lot of questions because I had only built a house and not purchased; therefore, we were clueless on how buying worked. Ashley helped with every single thing we needed. Even gave us recommendations of people we could use for repairs. Closing was a breeze thanks to her!!
