My case was difficult. All of the other realtors ran way. Mariela nailed the sale. I owned the house, but my husband resided in it. He would not let anyone inside to take pictures, or view the home. Ashley went above and beyond for us. The house was for my daughter as a first time homebuyer. We had a lot of questions because I had only built a house and not purchased; therefore, we were clueless on how buying worked. Ashley helped with every single thing we needed. Mariela did an amazing job! We closed with her on a house in ocean springs Mississippi! I highly recommend her if you are military as well! We were both retired army and she knew exactly what to do!
