While my husband and I were looking for a home to purchase we had three different agents that did not work. Tina really took her time to help us find the perfect home for our family. She was always available when I called, text, or emailed. Even after closing she has gone over and beyond to make sure we are still happy with our decision and to see if there is anything else she can help us with. I have recommended Tina to all my family and friends that are in the market to purchase/build.

Mrs Melton is basically the reason I own the home that I'm living in now. We searched for some homes and I settled on a short sale home. From the get go, she explained that the process could take a long time. The process started in Jul. We didn't get approval from the sellers bank until the end of Sept. My lender was perfect until the VA's appraisal came back with a lower rating than was acceptable to them. The seller's bank gave a very short time to get the loan closed. Evelyn was our neighbor, so when we decided to downsize , we called her. She explained the process and gave advice while completing all the required papers and information about our home and grounds. The process included home, septic, well, pest control and appraisal. She took pictures of the inside and outside of our home and printed those for distribution and put it on her real estate computer site.
