I have bought and sold many properties over the last 40 years. Kasha Mason is the best Agent I have ever had. We worked with her for the better part of a year and probably looked at 30 properties with her over this time. Regina Warren always comes through when you need anything done. From negotiating offers, getting electronic documents generated, sent and forwarded on. She worked really with our lending agent. She made sure to get all deliverables to the right people throughout the process which made our journey to close this deal very smooth.
I first chose Terrie Price as a buying agent. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful—professional in every way. Once we we sure the purchase would proceed, I asked her to be the listing agent for our current home, which closed without issue. I highly recommend her.
Our agent was GREAT. Went well above our expectations. We were 600 miles away when the house came on the market. Our agent was at the house within hours of it being listed for sale and did a video virtual walk through that provided us with enough information to proceed sight unseen. We could not be more satisfied.

Our realtor, Karl Friedrich, was great! Had tons of local knowledge, replied to questions right away. Was able to negotiate a great contract! We had certain requirements for a new home. He made sure that every home we looked at, had those requirements. He negotiated a great price with additional repairs. He advised us on various community services as well as referred us to great trades people for a bit of additional work the home needed!
