Our agent was GREAT. Went well above our expectations. We were 600 miles away when the house came on the market. Our agent was at the house within hours of it being listed for sale and did a video virtual walk through that provided us with enough information to proceed sight unseen. We could not be more satisfied.
My property was listed and two days later I had an offer for my full price. My agent Jill did a wonderful job facilitating between the buyer and me. No problems and an excellent experience.

Our realtor, Karl Friedrich, was great! Had tons of local knowledge, replied to questions right away. Was able to negotiate a great contract! We had certain requirements for a new home. He made sure that every home we looked at, had those requirements. He negotiated a great price with additional repairs. He advised us on various community services as well as referred us to great trades people for a bit of additional work the home needed!
Our realtor, Merry Gutierrez, was amazing!!! She is very knowledgeable, and prompt at answering text/calls. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy/sell a home to call Merry!!!
Terrie is very experienced, knowledgeable of the market and was great to work with. She sold our house in two days and helped us buy a new house at the same time. She made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful. We highly recommend her!

Second time using Coldwell. My agent Diane Carpenter is very responsive and knowledgeable of the Gulf Coast. It helps that she has contacts when needed. Always communicated with me throughout the process. Will use her again.
Working with Trish Hamann made buying a home for the first time so easy. Trish is honest, genuine, and cares about her clients. Knowing I had someone who knows the region and the process, who I could call with any questions or concerns made what could have been stressful much easier.
Lindsey was an absolute dream to work with. She learned my wife and I’s likes and dislikes and showed us homes in the areas of our interest as well as our price range. She was very patient amd was not pushy. We were able to find a home with her amd manged to get it for a price much lower than the original listing price.
