Ifelt that with the home inspection I was being nickel and dimed to death by the buyer and her realtor. Mike help me develop a compromise position that lead to the sale and both sides being happy.

Philip is the absolute best! He listed our house and it had multiple showings on the first day and went under contract the next day. He even met the buyers at the house when we couldn’t.
