Erin helped us with buying basically site unseen, across states. This market is crazy and ever changing and she was on top of it all. If she didn’t have the answer immediately, she was timely with her responses back. There were lots of ups and downs, learning each other and trusting her as “boots on the ground.” I know she did not take that lightly and we were able to be patient and get the home and neighborhood we didn’t know we needed. I would highly recommend Erin to friends new and old.

We had a wonderful experience with Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty. Realtor Regina Warren did excellent and sold our house in less than 2 weeks! Regina gave great advice on staging as well as addressed the value of the house and contract matters, which were sometimes stressful. She also provided great negotiation recommendations, which I would have not thought of. All in all, we received the best service! Thank you again, Regina!

Our agent, Ms. Michelle Harrison, arrived on time, was very professional dress, had all the paperwork ready to sign and was such a pleasure to work with. I was really amazed how quickly she sold our lot and for more than I originally thought we would get.
