Sue Battaile is the best. She is fun to work with and always responded promptly to all of our requests. When we found a property we wanted to look at, she got us in to see it right away. Sue helped us close the deal quickly too. I have already recommended Sue to several friends and family!

Philip is the absolute best! He listed our house and it had multiple showings on the first day and went under contract the next day. He even met the buyers at the house when we couldn’t. We had a difficult closing due to an agent on the other side, but he handled everything with finesse. Cannot say enough about him.

I have bought and sold many properties over the last 40 years. Kasha Mason is the best Agent I have ever had. We worked with her for the better part of a year and probably looked at 30 properties with her over this time. We would ask her what she thought of the property and price and she always gave us a honest opinion based on Comps, price and condition. Kasha is simply the best.

Regina Warren always comes through when you need anything done. From negotiating offers, getting electronic documents generated, sent and forwarded on. She worked really with our lending agent.
