Trish Hamann handle the new construction of my home like a pro. All while I am out of town. There was great communication between us both and she addressed all my concerns with the seller and construction manager. She paid attention to all the details and handled them with ease. We lucked out when we picked up the phone and made an appointment with Ashley to help us find a home to call our forever home. She was patient, listened to our needs and wants, was not over-bearing like others I have worked with. Her service went over and beyond when listing and selling my property. All paperwork was accurate and delivered in a timely manner. She had multiple contacts in the area to handle necessary repairs as well as getting the grass cut during the sale process. I could not have asked for a better realtor.
