Terrie recently assisted our family in selling our waterfront home. She was able to secure multiple offers for our property and sold it in less than 90 days. This transaction was a bit more complicated than others since it was a relocation and the sale was completed in the midst of the pandemic. I highly recommend Terrie. I’m not typically one to write reviews but did so due to the high level of service that we received from Terrie.

Terrie Price recently sold our house at 14148 John Lee Rd. She brings relentless energy and enthusiasm which makes her a joy to work with. She always returns calls and e-mails promptly, and gets us answers to questions. The quality of her advise and suggestions show the high level of experience she has. We were very specific and detailed in our minds about what we wanted - in our heart of hearts we wanted a large vintage home on over 5 acres with a pool, barn, pond, garden, greenhouse, chicken coop, hardwood floors, claw foot tub, gourmet kitchen, in a darling town.
