Sue Sunderland was very knowledgeable and very helpful during our home purchase, would highly recommend her. Her knowledge of the area and high standards, make her easy to work with. Second home we bought with her and will ask her again when/if we buy.

Our realtor, Sue Layel, is a five-star real estate professional. Each step of the way, she guided us and advocated for us to achieve our objectives. She took precautions to keep us safe while showing our home during the pandemic. Sue answers her phone! The only time she didn't, she was attending Coldwell Banker professional development courses and informed us in advance that she would not be available. It was a pleasure working with her and the Coldwell Banker Team in Diamondhead, Mississippi.
Terrie does it again! Helped us sell and buy yet another house. She and her lovely assistant helped to mange kids while we looked at houses and had showings at the other. Terrie goes above and beyond. We felt she had our best interest in mind.
