Sarah has assisted me with the purchase of two homes. The first was a beautiful colonial we were able get for a great price and the second was a new build. She was a great help when it came time to make tough choices on final options and interior design aspects of the new build. Not only was she great at the time of purchase, but she helped me sell the first house fast and above asking. Throughout the entire process she always displayed patience and professionalism.
Lizana at Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty is wonderful! This is our second time working with her and Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty and we couldn’t ask for a better realtor!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire selling/buying process!! Highly recommend!
I recently purchased a home in Gulfport. I was living in Houston Texas at the time and was unable to travel back and forth during the buying process. Mariana Morris with Coldwell Banker Alfonso Reality was a true blessing. Between the video walk thru's to choose my home, then meeting my inspectors during the purchase process I couldn't have asked for more. She made sure every detail was taken care of and kept in touch with me daily. I highly recommend Mariana. She goes above and beyond.
Very professional, highly recommend! Assisted in finding properties for us that met our exact needs. Will also be looking for relatives to move to the area. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their property
It took us a year to sell our home in Maryland and find a new home in Biloxi. Tina was there every step of the way. She was supportive, encouraging, and very knowledgeable of the area, but most of all patient. Whenever we called or texted her she got right back to us. She helped us to find a great house and helped us with negotiating a great deal. We are so happy with our new home. Tina was amazing. She started out as our agent, but now we consider her family.
Tina was very professional and informative during our process of purchasing our first house. She is most definitely a problem solver and always had our best interest when making the hard decisions we were faced with.
Tina Pavlov was an extremely professional agent, helping me find the right property and then navigating through some unforeseen circumstances that arouse during the buying process. Highly recommended.
Kayla was so helpful from beginning to end, she researched every place I was interested in. She gave great advice. She walked me through every step off the process. I will recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a home. She is the best.
Merry Gutierrez is a very impressive individual, both as a real estate agent and as a person. She exhibits confidence in what she is doing, and has given me confidence in her ability to serve me well in finding the right buyer for my home, and completing the paper work involved, making certain that I understood each step of the process. She has always been prompt in her responses to any questions or input I may have, whether it was by text, phone, or email. I highly recommend Merry if anyone has property for sale, or to buy.... read more
