Mr. Strickland listed our home and recommend a professional to take an areal view and other photos. The end result was our stunning home on several websites, with several interests. A man from California flew to Mississippi to view our home and now is the new owner. I am so happy the new owner is pleased as are we. He recommended another Coldwell agent in Florida for us to buy again after we sold. He also advised us on our new purchase, to purchase as contigent. In the end we did not have to list as contigent because the ... read more

We were very fortunate to have had Donna represent us in the sale of our home and the purchase of a condo. She is by far the best realtor that we have ever had over the years. She is professional, pro-active, listened to our desires, and did what it took to get our property noticed and sold quickly. She is easy to work with and has a friendly personality. Although I knew she represented many clients she always made us feel that we were her only client. So if you are in need of an excellent knowledgeable realtor she is the on... read more

Philip handled everything from listing my 14 acre parcel in Long Beach, MS, to closing in a very professional manner. He would even bring paperwork that needed my signature to my workplace when necessary, and I was unable to get away from work. We enjoyed excellent customer service throughout the process. If I required any real estate agent services in the future he would definitely be my go-to guy. Whether you are in the real estate market as a buyer or seller, you can't go wrong with Philip.

I have worked with Philip before. Both times, the experience has been delightful. Philip is very personable, responds to concerns immediately, gives advice, explains things as necessary, and has a great sense of humor.

Outstanding Experience! When i contacted Philip, out of a list of a few available local realtors for the whole area the house i was looking at was located... I had no idea that this phone call was the beginning of a professional relationship that would make our dream become Reality! Philip not only exceeded any expectation a first time buyer like me would have wished to have in his realtor! But he also demonstrated an exemplary commitment to work for his Clients. First Hand, you can clearly tell Philip does care about your s... read more

Lindsey was amazing in helping us relocate and find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for our family. She negotiated the price down so low, we had tons of equity from the day of signing. As we visited the area on weekends looking at options, she showed us all of the activities, hangouts, and best restaurants. She is well known in the community and well respected. She was always so friendly and understanding while listening to our wants (some kind of far fetched); but she came through to meet pretty much everything... read more

We have used Lindsey for both buying and selling. She is absolutely PHENOMENAL! She was extremely knowledgable and attentive. She found us exactly what we were looking for in a home and made the process smooth. She also sold our other properties and made it an easy process as well. You won't find a better agent.

Phillip was exceptional to work with. He has a wealth of knowledge of the MS Gulf Coast and the whole home buying process. I would use him again and recommend him to all of my family and friends.
