Since we moved to Mississippi we've worked with Phil on 1 purchase and 2 sales. On the purchase it was our first time and to say my wife is picky is kind of an understatement.. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jaymie. She held our hand the whole way! She knows the area and got to know us so that she could help us determine what would be our best fit. It was almost sad to close because we wouldn't see her as much! She's amazing and I can't thank her enough.

Mr. LeBlanc is an awesome realtor, he will negotiate you the best deal possible whether buyer or seller. I believe in my heart if he makes little money he is OK because he wants you the buyer and the seller to be happy. He negotiates all terms and leaves nothing out. I need to start this to give our background first. My husband and I have a beautiful blended family. The two of us and FIVE amazing kids. Amazing and VERY expensive to rent a big enough home for! We were tired of throwing $1500 a month into someone else's pocket with nothing to show for it and barely scraping by. Our lease was coming to an end and I was scrambling to figure out where we were going to find another home big enough (and affordable enough) to get our large family moved. Again. I recently listed my house for sale with Meg and she did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend using Meg.
