Philip way surpassed our expectations. He is very knowledgable of the gulf coast, and very easy to talk to. Our home purchase using Philip was done from across the country and the property was sight unseen. He was willing to do a walk thru for us and was very honest about everything. I do not recommend this thou, I have been buying property's for many years. But I can say, not to many realtors would have done that for me. Philip was very patient and attentive to our needs during our search for a new home. He was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We felt very comfortable working with him and we would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Philip was helping a friend of mine find a home. I saw where he was very professional in working with her. So when I put my house on the market he was my choice. When I was looking for another home there would no other person but him to get that job. Whenever I had any questions he would be there to answer them in a prompt time. Joe was great! He listed our house and had it sold within 6 weeks. He gave honest and helpful advice to get our house in tip top shape to sell! He would always respond to calls, emails or texts almost right away. I would definitely recommend using Joe as your realtor!
