We inquired about a house through Zillow that Leslie was the agent on late one night and she very promptly reached out to us to help with our home search. She assisted us in finding the home that we wanted and got the deal done in a very efficient manner. Leslie was very accommodating and thorough throughout the entire process which was especially helpful with us being a first time home buyers and not current residents in the area.
Linda is our hero! Our home needed to be sold quickly and we truly believe she was responsible for making that happen. We were being represented by a different agent prior and never had much feedback and communication. Getting Linda on board as our new agent was a complete turn-around in all areas. Tammy Briggs is the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER! She is not only professional, but very caring and compassionate about her work. Joe had very quick responses (text or call) and answered all of our questions. Joe was never late for a meeting and showed us houses even if it was 10pm. I felt like Joe gave his honest concerns about the home and had our best interest at heart rather than the bottom dollar. We even pushed back our close date on our home due to a situation that hadn't be resolved in a way that was best fit for us. Joe worked within our comfort zone and even after closing is continuing to help us.
I've been working with Leslie and she is fantastic. She has been very helpful with locations and properties I'm interested in. She's help me to get the property I am interested in and to work with the sellers to make everything run smoothly. I would definitely do business with her again.
