Merry helped us sell our house. We were living out of state, which can make things difficult. Merry handled all potential buyers with professionalism. We had no worries while were out of state. Selling a house can be stressful with all of the new requirements lenders make on the seller. She kept us informed of the entire process and made us aware of lender expectations. Merry was informative and professional. She was also very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

Merry is very responsive and knowledgeable. She definitely goes above and beyond, she even found the lowest quote for the home insurance. Her knowledge of what it takes to close on a home quickly was very helpful. She gave us excellent advice throughout the process. I would definitely go to her again if i wanted to buy or sell a home.

Joe was great! He had my house under contract to sell in 9 days! He was knowledgeable, very personable, and always kept things on track. He negotiated me a great deal on a new house and I couldn't have been happier with his service. I would recommend him to anyone! He always made himself available to show a house. He treated me as if I was his only customer. He made a stressful process fun and super easy! Great guy and real estate agent!
