Tammy worked really hard to help me find the perfect home for me. I wanted to see dozens of homes over a long period of time and she met me every time no matter what. She had to be thinking" is this guy gonna buy?" But never showed it. If you want the perfect house for you or want to sell your house, I highly recommend calling Tammy.

Philip is a great guy! He took us on with the knowledge that we were just shopping the area from Texas and probably would not buy for another 12 months. After spending 2 full days looking at properties, all of which were just what we had asked to see, we went ahead and purchased our property anyway as he made us feel comfortable with the area and gave us great insight to the Gulf Coast life style. No surprises and straight talk all the way through the process!!!! We would recommend Philip to any one!

Philip is a great realtor. Answered all our questions & even went above & beyond what he needed to accommodate our schedule & my nitpicking. We were living in a different state & or plans to come look at the house changed last minute & he was every awesome about it. He was able to get an answer to my every question.... I can be a difficult person to deal with from time to time & it didn't even face him. He is extremely good at what he does.
