Phillip showed me and my wife all the houses we asked for and recommend some of his own . He was always very helpful and helped us pick out a house we love . It made our first time buying a house easy and fun. I would recommend him to anyone ...if you want the best , Phillip Leblanc is the obvious choice!

Phillip is a knowledgable, professional, and like-able realtor. I had a short window that I was in town to purchase my next home. Phillip gave up his weekend and found several options that met my criteria. I'd recommend to anyone in need of a good realtor on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Philip way surpassed our expectations. He is very knowledgable of the gulf coast, and very easy to talk to. Our home purchase using Philip was done from across the country and the property was sight unseen. He was willing to do a walk thru for us and was very honest about everything. I do not recommend this thou, I have been buying property's for many years. But I can say, not to many realtors would have done that for me. Philip was very patient and attentive to our needs during our search for a new home. He was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We felt very comfortable working with him and we would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Philip was helping a friend of mine find a home. I saw where he was very professional in working with her. So when I put my house on the market he was my choice. When I was looking for another home there would no other person but him to get that job. Whenever I had any questions he would be there to answer them in a prompt time.
