We had to sell our house quickly to move for the military. Phillip came to our house and talked with us right away and got the process started. He then gave us tips on how to make our house look better for shows and pictures. He was very easy to get ahold of and respectful.

We needed to purchase a home in Mississippi for my parents and had a limited time frame to do so. We currently live and work in Maine and because of the time constraints a trip to look at homes was not possible. Philip asked all the right questions and knew exactly what were looking for. With the help of FaceTime, Philip showed us a few homes and the perfect home was found for my parents. Philip was a huge help from beginning to end. I highly recommend Philip if you are purchasing a new home or listing your current home.
