Donna Melton, of Alfonso Realty, is a fantastic realtor! She worked with me on a tight timeline to get me into a house by my transfer date. After just a few discussions, she had picked out many houses that not only had all my necessities, but also had some great character. Donna is a wealth of local knowledge and had insight on not only good places to shop and eat, but even the things to look for between houses by different builders! Highly recommend!!!!

Joe was such a great help and didn't try to just sell you any home so he can get paid he truly helps you find the house you want and tries to get it for you at the lowest price possible I definitely recommend him for anyone trying to buy a home either their first home or their tenth he was truly a great help and such a great guy and friend to make!

After six months of limited showings and no offers, I sought out Joe because of his high rating and the comments I saw on Zillow. Immediately, Joe told me what I needed to do to sell the home. He recommended some upgrades to be done to the home and took care of getting the pricing for those upgrades and getting the work done. I have known Carl for over 20 years, and used him exclusively as my real estate agent for over 15 years. I have bought and sold both commercial and residential property through him.
