Easy process The whole process was quick and easy. Cole gave a list of documents I would need to submit. He kept in touch and encouraged me to contact him with any questions. When I had a question he was quick to respond.
The Experience was totally awesome Once I was put in touch with Cole Bone, it was a match between Client and Processor. Cole was very friendly, he knew his way around the product. Above and beyond!! Cole Bone was very active in my loan process, providing options that would work for us and following through on any and all issues. He is the best loan officer I have ever worked with all my years. He communicated, stayed on top of the process, and answered all our questions right away. He truly cares!!

He answered any question that I wanted and he offered his services after the loan was approved and I appreciate that and he offered to give me lower interest rates for the first year if that comes about which I very much appreciate his help that was very thoughtful and kind.

It was a very good experience coal worked really hard for me Coal was very nice to work with, I know this refinance with two mortgages was not very easy. "Coal stuck with me when I was in doubt. I thought that it was going to be complicated, I was impatient at times with the whole refinance thing. But Coal worked really hard to make things happen I was real appreciative that he stood by be.
