My entire experience was not great. From the cold communication when trying to make an appointment to the exam room. While there is heard Dr's, nurses, employees talking about politics. Which is not acceptable in this environment. The last think I wanna hear is that the people I'm trusting with my reproductive health are voting against my rights as a women. I waited for over 60 minutes to be taken back for my appointment. Given I was a new patient, this definitely left me concerned about building a relationship with this office. By the time my annual apt was done, it was almost two hours. I’ll never go back. Not even a sorry for waiting, thanks for your patience. Rude.

My doctor could not see me despite booking a year in advance. I agreed to see a NP. NP was very impersonal and quick. Never had bleeding occur before with an annual exam and Pap smear but there was period level blood as a result. It was painful and I received no warning of when things would happen during the exam.

The doctor I had, Dr Han? I believe? did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. She talked to me in a condescending way, and treated my questions as if I should have known them. The entire visit was awkward. She worked fast as if she didn’t care to be there, in and out, basically.

Everyone is very friendly, but I felt very ignored about my concerns. I have been coming here for years, but I think it is time to move on. I expressed some true hard feelings during my visit, and felt very ignored. I appreciate everyone and all you have done for me in the past.

Had 2 appointments one for mammogram and then dr guilky for first time meeting up with. After mamagram for some reason I had a red flag on that appointment which gave me more time than usual. Then I find out I have to wait almost an hour for the dr. Appointment. 😞. I have just a busy day as others and I just wasn’t planning on being there that long. Someone did call me the next day to explain just didn’t appreciate the after explanation so I could have planned accordingly my day off.

The women at the front for the check in progress were very kind. I was also pleased with the woman who did the ultrasounds. I was very displeased with my actual initial appointment. I felt that I was an inconvenience, received no assistance to my questions, and overall did not feel comfortable being there to the point I thought about leaving early. I likely won’t be returning.

Doctors are great but dealing with the staff and trying to get anyone to follow up or call you back is nearly impossible
