Quiet and beautiful Chick-fil-A is literally 1 minute from my apartment now. Kroger is 1.2 minutes and I never thought we would find a place that feels like a neighborhood from a movie and get to be so close to the shopping and restaurants we were used to in the city. So glad we moved here and really glad they let me bring my doggos.

Hidden Treasure These BIG apartments are tucked back in the plantation pointe neighborhood with a lake and land all around it. Beautiful. The flowers were all blooming and it looked so well maintained. We saw a 2 bedroom that was over 1400 square feet and it had an attached garage (and it was priced lower than the 1-bedrooms in the promenade). We are moving in soon.

Feels like a hidden gem Florence is so busy, right by the airport, and there's a lot of hustle & bustle. It's really nice to feel tucked out of the way but still be so close to everything. I've never seen somewhere that every apartment has its own garage before usually they cost an arm and a leg extra

Amazing Great community. Landscaping is nice and the pool is great. The people who work there seem to care and work hard to make things happen. They did my work order in a couple hours and even texted me to ask how it went.
