Not bad Pros: clean and comfortable. Glad they had a waffle maker for breakfast area. Cons: kind of creeky and noisy - could hear above us a lot. Location: very close to Outlet mall. Restaurants nearby, including Denny's next door. Gilroy Gardens is just a few miles away. Have stayed here before. It's not the fanciest or best place around - but it does the job fine. Convenient and great for the price!
Doable for a night. Pros: Location and continental breakfast. Cons: Finish the remodel and replace the carpets in the hallway. Location: Denny's, Outlet Stores, fast food and grocery store all within 1 block walking distance. Many restaurants across the hwy. Located RIGHT OFF Hwy 101. We had come down the night before going to the Ren Faire to save travel time in the morning, so it suited our needs. They are still under reconstruction, and that has disadvantages. Pleasant place to stay. Cons: It will be much better once the remodel is finished. Location: See above. The lobby was in the process of remodeling which is the reason for the "4" overall rating & the facilities condition. The only entrance was in the rear where parking close was difficult later in the evening. The staff was excellent. Easy walking distance to Denny's, the In & Out Burger and outlet malls.
Nice motel next to Gilroy Outlets. Pros: The front desk associate was very pleasant when we checked in. Cons: Employees not being on cell phones when guests are asking questions. The male associate at front desk was on cell phone. Location: Gilroy Outlets, Costco, Dennys Shopping was fun and location is convenient. Front desk or lobby currently under construction.
Just so so Location: Loved being freeway close, near food places & gas station and best of all right in the middle of all the outlets for shopping. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very nice, unfortunately I don't recall her name. Parking lot lighting was ok. Hotel is self was in a bit messy due to construction. Elevator was a rough ride & door slammed open & closed. Room wasn't too bad, no bedbugs so that was a good thing.
