very nice hotel We stop for 1 night here, very nice. nice little pool for the kids. not crowdy at all. Good price for the room you get, very large room
Terrible Terrible experience. At 2 in the morning, my kid suddenly started to cry in middle of sleep and we woke up to check on her and found multiple bed bugs on her bed . Immediately checked out and never going back

No one at the front desk had to wait ten to fifteen minutes

house keeping was good, but front desk was terrible. I had to ring bell to get service about 3 times. There never is anyone there to greet you. Whole hotel smelled like curry. I did find one roach in my bathroom. Front desk girl gets upset if we ring the bell to early in the morning (which was at 8:30 am).

Unfriendly staff, dirty linens, bad hours We were told the wrong information about early check in and had to wait 40 mins in the lobby as our first impression. It took us several minutes to even find a person who worked there every time we had a question. The pool hours were only till 7, which is absurd. The room had dirty linens and zero accomodations (no gym, no lobby bathroom even). Breakfast was terrible.

Limited options for breakfast, Did not get enough breakfast, staff said they are out of many items. Even though I reached 40 mins before breakfast closes.
not worth the money The rooms, were ok, we were there for 5 days, we asked several different times to have our room cleaned and to get new towels, they always for got, and we had to go to the lobby and get them. it was noisy in the hallways, kids were allowed to play, and run up and down the halls until about midnight. The breakfast was ok, but they were always out of some of the food, and had to keep asking to replenish, they did not like being asked to replenish.
