From when I first walked in, the people here were amazing. They made me feel right at home from the get go. Erin was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. I got in super quickly and the medic, Kylen, was friendly and caring. She made me feel safe and like my issue mattered, not like I’m a burden. I had to have X-rays. Wonderful Serive from Cody, Genevieve and Dr Guss. They were quick and helpful when I wasn't feeling well.
We got in right away. I needed a CAT scan for a gash on my head and a chest x-ray. They cleaned my wound, took me for the scan and x-ray. I needed 3 staples on my head. We were in there about an hour, way faster than going to the ER.
Their treatment and care is great! Best nurses and Doctor I have had to deal with in a long time.
I was promptly seen and everyone was courteous. I was given a thorough explanation with time for questions. My fears were relieved.
Friendly and great care Doctor. Don’t have to wait long. The receptionist and the staff are also friendly.
