Dr. Gus and the nurse, Tyler, both took my health concerns more seriously than another urgent care/ER location I visited previous, and for this I am eternally grateful! There was lots of care and plenty of transparency every step of the way, and the staff that assisted me at the front desk and with my X-rays were also amazing.

The doctor was really great, had such a good bedside manner and really met our needs rather than pushing through the system.

I was taken in right away no waiting into a room. Doctor came in quickly talk to me ordered tests that were done quickly I received IV fluids and they took care of my pain. great service the nurses were kind and professional the doctor was very nice and efficient. I will go to complete care from now on over going to a hospital!

Everything was on point. Right recommendations (I had a forearm injury that kept bleeding) - tetvac, antibiotics and cleaning up my wound - 3 people attended me which was impressive for that hour (midnight); much appreciated Jaime, Rod, Dr. Fox. - Nirankush.

Really good experience honestly. Came in with abdominal pain and they quickly got me in a room and comfortable. Began testing everything they could think of that could be causing the issue and came back and informed me all of my bodily systems appeared in order and healthy. Was not able to identify the cause of the issue but gave me peace of mind that it was not a medical emergency and gave me some ideas of what may have caused the pain.
