First of of all... to you people whining about having to wait a long time for your appointment in the waiting room…you were all sent a letter indicating the wait time in his office so this shouldn't be a surprise and I don't feel sorry for you. Dr Conlon is clear and concise and to the point and articulated what I needed to hear in a short time. Excellent care from this Doctor and his staff are so knowledgeable and helpful! The waits can be a bit long but it is certainly worth the time. Highly recommend Dr. Conlon!
Nothing but great care from Dr. Conlon over the years. I have an eye condition that requires frequent monitoring and even though the wait is long Dr. Conlon is always professional and treats me with utmost respect and care. Would not have anyone else looking after me.
He did my Lasik, wouldn't go to any other for it. He may do things really fast, but he is the best and seemed most experienced. Consider him for laser eye surgery first if looking into it. Staff at Horizon is amazing and helpful.
While a 2 hr wait time is inconvenient, it 's not a huge price to pay if you have a serious eye condition, diabetes, etc. If 3-4 hrs per year at the specialist helps save your vision if you have diabetes for example, I don't think it's a huge deal. I have DM and have seen this doctor for a few yrs now. For one thing I'm grateful to be able to HAVE a specialist, period. Another thing I noticed there was how angry patients get at the poor staff who have nothing to do with his scheduling practices.
This doctor is good at his job but the waiting is way to long. He fills the nwaiting room with to many patients that end up waiting up to 2 hours. A lot of the patients are older and find waiting 2 hours to be quite uncomfortable. He needs to book less patients in a day to shorten the waiting.
I have had 4 surgeys with this Doctor over the past year...I just love him & his staff...They are so professional, yet caring.Doctor Conlon is an exceptional specialist in his field.I'd recommend him to everyone who expects the ultimate care.
He went above his call of duty to help me. He studied up on a drug that was new to him but may have saved me from surgery. He is very professional, cautious and accommodating. He saw me once a week for the first 2 months guiding me and checking my eye through the treatment period. I was very grateful for his wisdom and expertise. He was highly recommended by my family doctor. His staff is efficient and helpful to individual needs.
I recently had elective surgery with Dr. Conlon and found him to put me at ease, was very professional as he explained the procedure. The surgery started right on time. The follow up appt took a bit longer, but I did not mind the wait. thanks again.
