My wife had a "botched " sinus operation in Regina. After the operation, one tear duct was severed, and she was told that she would have no tear duct for the rest of her life. Dr.Conlin reconstructed her tear duct with a minimum of discomfort.He even attended to her on a saturday when she accidentally pulled out her temporary tube.
Dr. Conlon is a very gifted physician! He is very, very caring, exceptionally knowledgable and treats his patients as if they were "family". In our family's situation, Dr. Ronan Colon was a Godsend!
Dr. Conlon's visits are always long and frustrating. 2+ hour wait in a over crowded waiting room and $15 parking for a procedure that should just take 1/2 hour if they would not overbook. Don't take afternoon appointments as the wait gets longer.
He is always in rush, doesn’t let patient ask anything, and does not care if his patient has any questions or not. Absolutely NOT punctual, no respect for time. Coordinators weee unable to answer medical questions I had, which he could have answered. Therefore I can’t comment on knowledge

I had surgery to my upper eye lid a few years ago. My appointment was 3 hours late. I was told if I left to re-plug the meter and if my name was called, I would miss my appointment. Dr Conlon introduced him self by saying "well its not cancer". No bedside manner, totally unprofessional, narcissistic and rude. When I tried to ask questions about the procedure, I was told to "look it up online". There has been no follow up what so ever. The one thing that I thought would have been helpful to me is to have been led to reunite with my wife waiting downstairs in the waiting area.

Very relaxed and caring atmosphere. Top notch service and would recommend clinic to others.
Don't go see this doctor unless you have plenty of spare time. From time of appointment until time of seeing the Doctor may be as long as 2 3/4 hours.
