My optometrist referred me to Dr Conlon for eyelid surgery because my drooping lids were interfering with my vision. He talked me into having the eyebrow lift at the same time for an addtional $1000+ because 'it would help keep the eyelid from falling again.' During surgery he actually said, "Oops." The result was a lump in my eyelid. When I went back for post surgery, I asked about the lump. He wouldn't answer any of my questions as to exactly what it was - scar tissue? part of a stitch caught under my skin? He was just pla... read more

I waited 2 hours to see him for 2 minutes, so did several other patients along with me. Rude staff member, but I'm sure they get asked all the time "How much longer till the Dr comes in to see me?'. Dr. Conlon was rude to me, big ego seems to me. Not going back ever.

I recently was referred to dr Conlon bc my regular opthamologist of 10 +years retred. I have glaucoma. have to say, most of his staff are not very friendly. Yes, they are over worked. They are abrupt and move you along like an assembly line. As for appts, it now takes two appts every 6 mos, instead of 1. Testing is done 2 wks prior to the actual visit with the doctor. I work full time, and have to book sick time every time. And depending on what time of day the appt is for dilation, I have to take day off, bc I can’t see a c... read more

My endro referred me to see this doctor after the disaster of suffering from graves disease and it's aftermath to the look of my eyes. He was not friendly, I'd say arrogant like others have experienced. He wouldn't even consider repairing my eyes. He referred me to another doctor in saskatoon that never did call me .... when i called Conlons office back and askwd if tbwy sent the referal tbey said theyd send it again. Waited a year, nothing. Moral of the story...having to go to Edmonton for the corrective surgery. Don't wast... read more

My first appointment, a staff member took me into a room, did a bunch of tests, then told me to leave. She didn't even address the problem I was there for, and I didn't even see a doctor. When I expressed surprise, she got offended and rude, then checked her files and sent me to a different waiting room to see the doctor. Another day, I arrived for my appointment and the office was all locked up! Another appointment, the staff took me into a room to do a bunch of tests. She sat there eating lunch while doing my tests, she ... read more

Expected a better experience. No time to communicate with patient concerns,or explain what to expect in this type of surgery. They ask you what concerns you have in the 1st office and twice I confirm the Dr. never discussed the concern. Did the Dr. read that on the file or too busy to take the time. Not a good experience nor would recommend this Clinic.

I was disappointed when Dr. Conlon tried two time to correct my lower lob. It was puffy and saggy that made me look tiered all the time. he was going to remove some fat that would flatten my lob out to match the other eye. Two attempts later and there was no improvement. Dr. Conlon go very blunt and said he would not try again and would not refund any money not even some of it. He left me hanging and I had no improvement and less cash in my pocket. I do not recommend this doctor.

Staff was great, but if I could describe Dr. Conlon in one word, he was completely arrogant. Walked into the room and said that I had no problem with my eye, (even though I have had many people explain that I do), he said that it was perfectly normal and told me that he could not do anything, and come back when I had a problem. Never going to see or recommend him to anyone.

I like Dr. Conlon, despite the long waiting room waits. But the office staff are like robots.
