Great place to call home I have lived here for years and have enjoyed my stay. The residents are ok as you know, you get the good neighbors and then the not so good. I'm sure that this is everywhere, but the maintenance team is great and the office ladies are very helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
Nice I just want to say that I have enjoyed living at Continent Village Apartments for the last three years. Not only has the staff been very helpful and quick to respond, they are always so welcoming an warm. I really enjoy the rapid response to maintenance that I’ve experienced over the last three years as well. From the office staff, to maintenance, to just the residents that live around me! My experience at Continent Village is one that I enjoy and I would recommend them to anyone!

Its A great place to rent your first apartment... This is my first apartment and I haven't had any issues yet. I moved here while I was in school and Its pretty quiet and that's just what i like. I think it is a great place to start if you are moving out on your own. in the beginning there was a lot of confusion with the rent but now i am used to it, they will explain everything to you if you ask. They are there to guide you in the process especially if you don't know much about renting apartments.
Apartment Review I am happy with the services provided by Continental Village. Great stuff at the office. Maintenance guys are always on time and do their job right. I am happy overall.
Pretty Good Place to live I have been living here for almost 1 year and so far have been having a great time living here! The staff is friendly and when I had maintenance requests, maintenance almost comes in a timely manner and fixes all issues. I would recommend Continent Village to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to live!
Good Place To Live I moved to the Continent Village 4 years ago. I really enjoy living here! The neighbors are friendly and quiet. I really love that I can do my laundry here instead of having to drive to a laundry mat every time I need to wash my clothes. Any time I have a maintenance issue, they come right out and get my issues fixed on the first go round. This is a good place to live for anyone who is looking for a good place to live
Great Maintenance Maintenance is great here! My sink was leaking over the weekend and it was very easy for me to call the office and get ER maintenance. The guy came within 20 minutes. He told me step by step everything he was doing and what needed to be done. The office staff called and checked about a week later to see if my sink was back to normal. I really appreciated that!! This is a great place to be especially for single moms!!!!
