my review the apartments are spacious and the area is peaceful. the staff is friendly and helpful. banks,restaurants,churches,stores,gas stations and the i71 freeway are nearby.i have been living here for twentyplus years.

Rent hereeee!! You will love it!! Continent Village is a great place to call home! The neaighbors are nice and quiet here. The office staff try to make you as comfortable as possible. So far this place is the best apartment communty ive ever lived at!! Im very happy here!!!!
Love my place I love my apartment at continent village. My girlfriend and i have been here for about a year and love it. It was our first place. We appreciate the office staff and maintenance and how they work to keep us happy.
Great experience! The Continent provided me with my first apartment at the end of the summer. I love the community. Since my move I have had no issues besides the non-working dishwasher. I placed a work order with the staff and the issue was resolved the next day. Everyone in the office has been very accommodating and helpful. my review the rooms are spacious and area is peaceful.the staff is helpful and friendly.banks and churches and shopping are nearby.restauants and nightlife are too. the i71 freeway is closeby.
Happy I can honestly say that I am pleased here at The Continent Village. I was welcomed by the friendly office staff and they were very helpful from the very beginning (Especially Lakita). I have honestly only had two minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately after I reached out to the office about them. Its very quiet and have never had any problems with any neighbors everyone is super friendly. I am a single young professional and I relocated to Columbus last year and I plan to be here a long time.
