3rd transaction with Abe and the contour team. I first purchased my home through Abe in 2016 with an FHA mortgage with PMI. Abe advised me that in a little over a year or 2 to reach back so we could potentially go conventional mortgage and remove an almost $300 a month PMI charge. So in 2017 I reached out and we ended up being able to do exactly as he had advised, and we were able to save me over $300 a month on my payment, and also pull equity out via a heloc so we could do some basic renovations.
