I was so nervous at first, thinking we could never afford a house or get approved for a mortgage. I didn't even know where to start. Mike made everything so easy, he held our hand every step of the way and connected all the dots for us. I feel like all we had to do was pay (lower than we expected) and sign the forms. Ralph was very patient with my family and I. He work side by side with us to ensure that we got quality service. Ralph was in constant communication with the family. Ralph is a good loan officer.

Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Lipkin on both the purchase and sale of our home. As with any process that has so many moving parts, there were several road bumps. Igor was extremely responsive and professional, making himself available whenever an issue came up. If you need someone to guide you through the process, and take some of the weight off your shoulders - you should definitely consider Igor as a prime candidate.

Contour was recommended to us by a good friend and they did not disappoint. John had all of the details we needed and helped us get though the long process of buying a home and we got it! We definitely had our own financial hiccups along the way to make it more "challenging" for John and Contour, but they all worked well to get the financing we needed. Definitely recommend!

Mr. Aiossa was an excellent loan officer. He was diligent, caring, trustworthy, and reliable. He took his time to explain the process and guidelines of purchasing a home. One thing I also like about him that you can call him any time of the day and he will respond to what question you have no matter how late it is. I will highly recommend him to anyone. He is the best. Thanks Mr. Aiossa for your hard work.
