Dave came along aside my fiancé and I and made the mortgage process easy and straight forward. There were no surprise fees during closing and made the entire process smooth and actually enjoyable! I would definitely recommend 😊

If you are buying a house you must use Tara Sacco from Contour Mortage. Tara walked me through the entire process step by step with a smile. I had many issues trying to buy my house and she was always there for me. She returned every call and email promptly even when she wasn’t on the clock. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She treated me like I was an old friend. Tara even came to the closing when she didn’t have to. Tara is the best.

We were fortunate enough to have Tara as our mortgage loan officer for both of our major purchases. Tara first helped us buy our co-op in 2016. We were completely new to the whole process and could not have done it without her patience and support. Short review: use John and everyone at contour for your mortgage Longer review: we went into the process knowing next to nothing and John Aiossa and his team helped us through everything at all hours of the day and not once made us feel small for not knowing something. He and his staff always explained things clearly and made it evident why they were doing what they were doing. On top of that, he got us an amazing rate and closed on our home so quickly. I will recommend him and his team to anyone I know looking for a home.
