I do not even know where to start with kara. My experience in having her as a loan originator was completely seamless. Going into buying a home, my credit score was low and i did not have alot of money to put down. Kara worked closely with me and my real estate agent in finding propertys i could afford. Contour was recommended to us by our Real Estate agent and at first I must say, we were skeptical. However we were convinced by her that it would go extremely smoothly with this mortgage lender and that we would receive the best service. She was wrong (in a good way). We received TOP NOTCH service, not just the best. From the first interaction with Danny we did not get the impression that we were just another "buyer". Danny was exceptional through my first time home buying.his terms of Morgege, Rates,personality, behavior was above expectations. He everything easy to understand for me. English is my second languages, but I can not realize that when I was conversation with him. as a first time home buyer, in my mind arises lot of questions and at the same time I called him his response was exceptional. Abe was excellent. He knows what the lender needs for documents and gives you the list up front so that you get what they need the first time. He made it simple!

Since day one that I contacted Contour, Matthew gave me a call and we went over everything. He was very calm, informative and made himself available at whatever time of day I needed him. Even if it was a popup question that tends to come to mind, so that I didn't forget I would text or call him and he would always call or text right back with the correct answer.
