Lucinda helped us to refinance our home when it looked like it would not be possible. I am self employed, my wife is on long term disability and we own 3 rental properties............3 things that most banks don't find favorable. We had just been turned down by a couple other banks so we didn't think it could be done, but Lucinda found a way for us to refinance and get a very good rate.
