Reon was great. Very understanding and eager to help me find the car of my choice. I can say it wasn’t what I expected but I love my car and it fits me. We did go over budget but was able to obtain something affordable for my first car. It didn’t take as long as I thought but I walked in with a frown and came out cheeseing. Conyers Nissan did a great job getting me into a CPO Kicks. I traded in a car using the KBB trade in, and left with my new used car in less than 2 hours.
Overall, my experience at Conyers Nissan was good. The highlight was working with my sales representative LA. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. However, I did encounter an issue during the purchase process.
