My Salesman, Stephon Miller was exceptional! Went over and beyond customer service for me. Also K.D. (The Manager) was also excellent and worked diligently to make sure I was satisfied with the trade-in deal and purchase of my new 24’ Rogue. Kesha in the finance dept also showed professionalism with explaining the paperwork on the deal. The customer service at Conyers Nissan was above and beyond my expectations. I was anticipating on waiting for hours, to get approved however the guys at Conyers Nissan proved me wrong. I chose Conyers Nissan because I was lead to believe that I “pre-approved” for a vehicle. Don’t fall for the “pre-approval”. Apparently, almost everyone is “pre-approved”. Nonetheless, we were able to work a deal, with decent terms. Everyone was pretty straightforward and answered the many questions that were presented. But the pre-approval process almost lead me to walk out.
