My experience was very good in terms of sales and financing. My salesman was friendly; he listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle and did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle.

The transaction started with great enthusiasm and customer service. However, and we begin to discuss cost the environment became very stressful. We felt disrespected with the first quote given to us. We began to head out the door due to such an unreasonable offer. I wish we had gone somewhere without the back and forth.
