Very reliable service with Quality Great timely service on my air conditioning my 6 month tuneup and drain flush . I use the same tech who knows my system well and the invoice and pictures of the work speak volumes which I appreciate. Scheduling is generally easy and I have used Cool Air now for more than three years with consistent good work.

A+ Customer Service and Excellent Quality of Work Xavier was excellent. He explained the actual problem, showed me what to look for and fixed it. He was here for an hour. He was very professional and actually arrived within the hour window they said they would. This company is really the one to hire. They answer right away, follow up and communicate with you. Fast and quality service The technician that came to our same day call was Leo from team 51, he was very educated, efficient and overall very kind! He walked me and my father through all the before and afters. He made recommendations but was not pushy or tried to oversell us on what was needed. He had the work done within an hour and made sure we felt comfortable with everything being done. I will definitely use this service again!

A/C clog late in day Tried everything we knew to unclog the line in our air conditioning unit. Of course it has to happen late in the day. Called customer service for an appt. and Cool Air came at 7 pm...took the time to show and explain things to me, and clog was cleared within half an hour. Tech was pleasant and unhurried. Thanks Cool Air USA!
