Emergency Replacement of AC Unit System I’ve been using Cool Air USA for the last three years, and they’ve consistently provided outstanding service. Recently, my AC compressor stopped working, and they responded promptly to my call at 6 PM, with a technician arriving at my house by 8 PM. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that my compressor was shot. They found a replacement compressor, but after discussing the cost and warranty options with my wife, we decided to go with a brand-new unit instead.

Quick and efficient service I called on a Sunday because my unit stopped working. David came in the evening and went up to the roof to look at the unit, even though it was raining. He quickly diagnosed the problem and spoke to me at length about what causes ot and how to fix it.
