Great experience. We will definitely continue to use Cool Air/Lior in the future. Lior was WONDERFUL. He explained everything that was going on, he suggested things but did not push and if we turned something down he did not make us feel like we made the wrong decision. He was clear, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. It was a pleasure to work with him. We will DEFINITELY ask for him again in the future.

From problem to solution From the first call to request a service to installation of a new heat pump for our AC in Florida, the communication and information was easy and accessible....besides being successful and efficient. This is the second time we have used CoolAir.
