A difficult problem to solve I had an electrical problem with my Nest Thermostat. A few times previously I was able to correct the problem. This issue was beyond my knowledge so I called Cool Air USA. I was very surprised that they gave me an appointment within a few hours of my phone call. The technician Yury went through the process of elimination in order to figure out the problem. full service on a/c unit with UV light installation On 2/16/24 Lior from Cool Air USA performed a full inspection of my a/c unit and indoor air handler which I request once a year. I asked him about my air ducts being cleaned. He offered to give me an estimated cost. He also explained how a UV light installed on the blower would be beneficial in the prevention of mold and dust forming in the unit and air ducts in the house. Excellent Service I have been using this company for several years. They have always been prompt, courteous and efficient in repairing my AC whenever it broke down. Recently they replaced my 12 yr old AC with a new one and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
