Great Company! Thanks! Just used Cool Air USA. Jose was the tech that came out. Was told we needed to replace both upstairs & downstairs by 2 other companies....but turns out we only need a new coil replacement for one unit (which he told us was still under warranty) & fixed it for a very reasonable price, & told us not to replace the other unit & explained the issue with it. Can't get any better! I have had the PLEASURE of working with Cool Air USA a few times already. Fast, accurate service I had noticed that my air filter was wet from condensation of the air conditioner. On Saturday at 2:30, I called cool air and wanted to know when they could come out. They said between 3:00 and 6:00, and for saturday, that was extraordinary! They arrived at 3:45 in the afternoon . After they took a look, They needed to come back on Monday, which was not their fault. They were here Monday at 9:00 a.m., fix the problem, and were on their way in a little over 90 minutes. Great comoany I called Cool Air on a Sunday about 4:45 PM. The lady said someone would be at my home between 5 and 8. The guy was here by 6. Great company and efficient. Recommend for sure
