Technician was polite professional knowledgeable, and answered on my questions patiently. I did not, however, get the free 30 minute phone call I was told I would get, consequently, I had to call the company only to find out that the technician was arriving at my house. Ask for pricing upfront Be aware that their annual AC check is effectively $300. Upon setting up the appointment, it is quoted as $125. However, upon arrival they strongly recommend an additional $175 Drain Flush as a preventive measure. This was confirmed by their office. So be aware of that. During the appointment, I wanted to replace my burned out UV light (cleans the air) in the AC system, but they were not able to figure it out and so no light for me.
