Fast Response and Great Service! We experience and unexpected water overflow in our air conditioning unit yesterday. The leak was inside and was quickly filling up the pan in the closet where the unit is in the upstairs part of the house. We were really worried that it would spill over and start a leak in our ceiling!! My husband called Cool Air USA and within an hour, the service tech was at the house. Whew! Incredible Service Cool Air USA offers some of the best customer service I've experienced. Their technician Alfred is very knowledgeable and has such a great attitude in helping resolve any issue. I will not call any other company for my AC services.

I am satisfied with the total service and interaction with the staff. The technician was knowledgeable and informative. After the technician arrived, he carried out an inspection of my a/c and informed me of the problem. When given my consent, he performed his task efficiently. To eliminate the problem In the future, he explained how to do a monthly check or preventive care. I appreciate his time. Thank you.
