Outstanding service and reasonnable price more than 5* This is the first time ever that I write a review and it's because I had an outstanding service. I called friday night and saturday morning I had someone over. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name but on my invoice it's written Service 42. He was extremely professionnal, helpful and he gave me so good advices. And in top of that the price was very reasonnable!!! I've already recommanded your services. Thank you for beeing there!
The only AC company we use We have been using Cool Air since 2017 - and they have always been prompt, courteous and taken the time to fully explain what they are doing and what our options are. When our AC finally stopped working, we thought of no other company to install a new one.
David was amazing I was thoroughly impressed with this company. My AC went out late the night before and I had an appointment scheduled in the late evening. They were able to reach out to me around 12:00 to request if they could send someone out earlier. They sent the most wonderful technician, his name was David. Excellent Service We'll call again
Cool Air USA helped me out!!! Had a 20yr old ac unit that finally crapped out. I contacted Cool Air USA and they came out immediately and priced everything out for me. The pricing was fair and the turn around time was excellent. The knocked it out of the park and have my house nice and cool again. I will recommend Cool Air USA to any and everyone. Thanks again!
Replaced heater coil The switch in the heater coil was sticking. It took a while to troubleshoot, but they were able to find and fix the problem. They replaced the whole heater coil and wiring hardware, switches, fuses, everything. Satisfied Customer
I was very satisfied with the service. The service attendant was on time and proceeded to do a thorough checkup on my air conditioning unit. He politely explained what could be a small problem down the road and I decided to do the prevented maintenance. No pressure, very polite.
