We brought our car in for its initial oil change and some minor adjustments. We were very cordially greeted by a service advisor, Shai Brodny, who took care of us in a very timely fashion. The whole experience was very pleasant. The oil was changed and the adjustments taken care of with no hassle. Friendly and efficient service...what more could we ask for?! This was my first time at this service department. I made an appointment for 7:30 am on a Saturday and wash shocked to see a line from the service department area that stretched out to the street. The service team members worked quickly to get all the customer's cars into the area and written up. Mr. Green was my service adviser and he listed me regarding my concerns for my 2016 Nissan Altima. I had a 9am appt. Arrived on time but didn't leave there till after 11am. I got an oil change, AC and air filter changed.
