IN 2010 WE BOUGHT 2 NISSAN SENTRA'S FROM CORAL SPRINGS AUTO MALL, WE HAVE TAKEN OUR CARS IN FOR SERVICING AT "CSAM" AND ANOTHER NISSAN DEALER CLOSER TO OUR HOME. After someone selling the car I was driving 12 hours to come pick up at Coral Springs Honda and HORRIBLE customer service at Honda as well I was literally done with this automall! I am a long term customer of Coral Spring Nissan, so when it was time to finally buy my dream car, I knew who to call. I called later in the afternoon, made the deal by phone and we picked up my new SUV that evening. Weeks later we found some electrical wiring issues. It's not an easy thing for a woman to buy a car...this was my third car from this dealership. I have always serviced my cars at Coral Springs Nissan and found them to be fair, capable, eager to please and went the extra mile. But this last experience surpassed them all...I ended up negotiating my deal with SKI, the General Manager. I was there a long time...I'm a Realtor, so I negotiate for a living.
