I have nothing but positive things to say about Coral Springs Nissan. Kiki, the saleswoman I primarily worked with, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Even the first time I went in, when I was not quite ready to make a decision, she did not at all pressure me. everyone was great at the dealership went over and above to please me and for this im greatful.Tony took me to the service department and introduced me to the manager of the department, so I can build a reputation with her.
Excellent service staff - very friendly and knowledgeable. Always keep me up to date on the progress of my service items. They are also honest about the timeframe in which repair/service items need to be addressed, and they do not apply pressue to "get things fixed right now" unless it does really need to be addressed right now. They keep my car clean and offered a complimentary car wash, which was done well. I would recommend this dealership very highly.
From first to last it was a pleasant experience (other than sitting in the waiting area listening to everyone on their cell phones). I reported a noise that they weren't familiar with and they went out of their way to research it and assure me that it was nothing to worry about. The way their customer rewards program works is totally bewildering, but that's for them to worry about, since the oil change and all the research into the noise I'd heard didn't cost me anything.
They guy was very friendly and helpfull I told him what I need it and he gave me the advice, also told me that the car wiil be ready in 1 hour and I got a call after 45 min to tell me that the car was ready.

the woman in the service depot that helped me but she was extremely helpful. she pulled up my info in the computer and took care of my service call right away. it was a pleasure dealing with coral springs nissan. i have already recommended this dealership to friends of ours that were looking for a car.
I will continued taking service to the dealer as far my truck still in my hand,because is a good car and the service is outstanding.
Quick to acknowledge customer's concerns, attentive, articulate, friendly & execution was great. Had no appointment, still got me out under 45 miutes. Even checked my air filter which did need changing, Did all this w/o being pushy. Great job
