I have nothing but positive things to say about Coral Springs Nissan. Kiki, the saleswoman I primarily worked with, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Even the first time I went in, when I was not quite ready to make a decision, she did not at all pressure me. Excellent service staff - very friendly and knowledgeable. Always keep me up to date on the progress of my service items. They are also honest about the timeframe in which repair/service items need to be addressed, and they do not apply pressue to "get things fixed right now" unless it does really need to be addressed right now. They keep my car clean and offered a complimentary car wash, which was done well. I would recommend this dealership very highly.
From first to last it was a pleasant experience (other than sitting in the waiting area listening to everyone on their cell phones). I reported a noise that they weren't familiar with and they went out of their way to research it and assure me that it was nothing to worry about. The way their customer rewards program works is totally bewildering, but that's for them to worry about, since the oil change and all the research into the noise I'd heard didn't cost me anything.
