"Great buying experience with Jorge at Nissan" Jorge was amazing, after a very frustrating visit to the Honda dealership and while driving home without a car I decided to stop at the Nissan dealership next door. Jorge listened to my issue and try to address it, while he was not able to he did find a substitute car for my son. Having been in sales for more than 15 years I still couldn't believe how Honda let me walk away from the store without a car, unbelievable!

"A professional experience...nice people to work with" my sale was done with out ever going into the show room. That brought the car to me. It was sanitized The man that brought it was in protective clothing. they let me drive it alone. They made 4 trips back and forth..The whole experience was positive I del.

"Decent deal but deceptive dealership" I had a deal well defined over email and texting: interest rate and months, selling price of the car, trade value offer and total amount financed. I wanted a little less total financed so had not agreed to come to the dealership. The dealership called me a 7pm saying they have "dealer cash" that can help get the numbers more favorable but I needed to be physically at the dealership to participate. "Bad Brakes" I would not recommend Coral Springs Nissan @ the Coral Springs Auto Mall. The service Director Jo’el represents everything that is wrong with the “car sales” industry. In October 2018, I took my Nissan Murano to have the brakes replaced since the service writer Keanu told me on a previous visit that my brakes needed to be replaced. "2017 Nissan Armada" When I purchased my 2017 Nissan Armada, my family and I thought we'd have peace of mind when driving/riding it. It all started when the gear shifter started malfunctioning. We took it to Coral Springs Nissan and they fixed it. Excellent! Then our Armada had one of the bolts from the windshield wipers fall off. They also were able to fix it. "Scammers . Using their tactic "Bate and Switch" Rude!!!!" Was discussing to sales person Brandon, I didn't tell my budget and goal, but salesmen told that the lease price and he told that he would be able to provide the lease price $299 including taxes with out of pocket first month payment and motorcycle fees . "Discrimination and Rude Attitude " First, one of the Service Advisors by the name of Hernando Valencia was very rude from the beginning. He asked me what I needed done today and I told him that the splash guard was coming down on the car and I wanted to have it fixed. He said the splash guard cannot be fixed it must be replaced.
