In the pass two months I came back to the dealer and they were not able to fix the issue of my car and still the same disappointing

Not happy with sales man or management. Will not do any business with them going forward. Management needs to work on their people skills. Very rude.

Mismanaged and frustrating to deal with. Worst buying experience I had with a new car and this Is my fourth new car. Honestly wish I never did business here. The wait was not worth the frustration. Also a month and I'm still upset with the failed process. Stay away from here

The seller he was a very nice person but him and the financier put too much pressure on the purchase, they do not leave you the option to see more cars, to think about analyzing the vehicle they pressure you and almost force you anyway I wanted to buy a car because I needed it but with so much pressure they did not show me all the qualities of the vehicle and there are some of them that do not satisfy me. Took 5 hours to change simple engine oil, even having online appointment.they make promises and brake there promise. This dealer is not the same used to be. No more quality and no good customer support.

BEWARE ON ORDERING A CAR! Signed, PAID FULL DOWN PAYMENTON LEASE. Car I wanted was not available so I ordered it. Came in on time but was not informed that I would have to PAY $700 more because of change in billing dates. GO FIGURE- FRAUD! I was told my payment of $1300.00 was all I had to pay DOWN.. Five weeks into the deal without a car, paying for rental and then find out I had to pay additional money. VERY DISHONEST AND UNEXCEPTABLE ! WILL NOT BE ABLE T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Besides giving wring information about the car financing, he didn’t know any of my questions! All the time was “let me check”. Additionally, he didn’t show any of the car features and even after a few days of my purchase he couldn’t help me with the carplay!(I went there once and his face expression was clear that he didn’t want to help me!
