On May 22nd, I agreed to lease terms of a new 2022 Nissan Sentra sv premium. The deal was written on the dealership order sheet in sales manager’s own handwriting. I also had to provide a down payment to secure the future car. On Wednesday June 1st, I was informed I had to sign some more paperwork since my future car had a VIN now. The worst experience in my life. They provided poor customer service. They were rude and dismissive with our concerns and questions after they took the majority of our money. Getting in touch with a representative that was kind, considerate and helpful was impossible. In the end we cancelled the transaction. The paperwork and certified check could not be found. They even had the audacity to ask which car did we purchase. I do not recommend their service. I will continue to recommend everyone purchase a vehicle elsewhere.

I love the sales person, he was very helpful. But my reason for giving low rating is their commitment to the customer. They promise you something and at the time of finalizing the deal they add hidden costs.

Make sure you read your lease contract before going. The finance team will add in fees that should not be charged. The dealership doesn't get much for lease buyouts so they added $2000 in fees to my total cost! A predelivery service fee for $1000 for what, I already have the car in my possession! Wish I did the research ahead of time. Shame on Coral Springs Nissan!

If I could leave no stars I would. Hector was my service agent and he was extremely rude and couldn’t keep his story straight. He even tries lying about what was wrong with my car. When I told him that he kept telling me something different every time about if mg issue was covered under the warranty HE LAUGHED.

I came to Coral Springs Nissan to exercise my Lease option to buy my 2019 Rougue fully equipped. Before I went to CSN I went to HGregg Nissan to do the same thing but they wanted $1500 in additional fees not covered in lease.,CSN are honest operators and comply with local and state laws. Sales force are honest
