I spent my birthday at the dealership purchasing a new frontier, my salesman bought my girlfriend and I lunch, my dealer in Fort Myers added a $17,000 market adjustment to the price of the same truck bringing the price to over $50k, the 2 Hour Drive was well worth it, Summerlin Nissan in Fort Myers are thieves…
To be honest, there were a lot of downward things in the process. Take your time to review every doc y ask for Mo... Looks like the only one wh o really knows what to do.
At least not for maintenance. It took 2 hours 30 min, and I had an appointment.
Service charge for old trade in car should have been eliminated because I bought a new car. I'm still waiting months later :(
Will never get a car from this location ever again. A very unwelcoming environment. Felt unimportant and not acknowledged. Follow up is key and never got it once.
If you know nothing about car sales they will exploit that and make sure they benefit from the sale. Also, they will continuously text and call you to come to the dealer after the purchase so they can fill out your review. In exchange, they will promise free gas but after they fill out the review making them look good they tell you they couldn’t get you anything in return. (Maybe a coupon, which never came)
Worst experience of my life. Will never return to this location or store again. Worst sales and managers.
Salesman Patrickson was great. The finance guy was okay. Broke things down but with little transparency. The final stage the finance guy was awful. Rushed , showed no breakdown of numbers.

I came in for warranty work to repair the windshield wiper fluid dispenser on my 2021 Nissan Altima They refused to do the work free despite the fact that they texted me that the work will be done "no charge" under the warranty They demanded well over $200 to do the work I declined I was made to wait over 45 minutes to pick up my car when I declined to pay for the work The man handling my just just went out to lunch leaving me waiting No one else agreed to help despite my repeated requests Sub par service
